Biodegradable Seed Starter Pots
Contributed by
What you Need:
Old toilet paper tubes
Scissors
Soil
Seeds
Instructions:
Take old cardboard toilet paper tubes and, using a scissors, cut 4 slots, evenly spaced, at one end of each tube. This will make 4 flaps at the end of the tube. Fold the flaps in to form a small cardboard cup.
Fill with dirt, then plant with your favorite seeds and water. No plastic necessary at all!
Notes:
These seed starter pots biodegrade so quickly that you may not even need to take the seedlings out of the pots when you plant them!
